Welcome! I’m an experienced professional HR and life coach based in Tokyo, passionate about helping people navigate their personal and professional journeys. My coaching philosophy is rooted in empathy, authenticity, and practical strategies tailored to your unique needs.

For much of my life, I excelled in meeting others' expectations. I was the model student, landed a promising career, and achieved everything society deemed "successful." On the surface, I had it all together—no major setbacks, no emotional breakdowns. But when I reached what I thought was the pinnacle of success, I felt an emptiness. I realized that I wasn’t living for myself; I was chasing external validation, trying to meet societal standards instead of following my passions. This pivotal moment led me to reevaluate my life, rediscover my true self, and shift toward a more fulfilling path. Now, I’m here to help others do the same.
