Mariella is one of our best Mix-dj tutors. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Mariella

I am an established DJ and musician, playing all over the UK with years of experience. I have residencies, I produce my music, and I make a living from my skills. I have a degree in Music/Popular Music and have a huge knowledge of music history, from jazz to drum and bass. I play at venues, clubs and festivals around the UK.

About the lesson

Teaching you real techniques on modern equipment, with an old school, serious and professional mentality. I will focus you on beat-matching using only your ears, transitions, turntablism and scratch skills. In addition, I will help you understand organising and playlisting your music for your gigs, understanding how genre influences all of the above techniques. In addition, we will learn effects, spin-backs, chops, and other DJing styles. You will have a well-rounded knowledge, being able to play in any genre yet mastering your own style.

Review

All of our reviews are collected by us and are 100% reliable. They correspond to a real experience lived by the students of Mariella.

Perfect! Thank you so much! I know teaching a 7-year-old isn’t always easy, so I really appreciate how beautifully you manage to keep Simone engaged. She gets so excited for her lessons with you, and it’s amazing to see how well she’s doing thanks to your support.

Teaching Maribel’s 7-year-old daughter has been a delight. She is wonderfully curious, always asking thoughtful questions, and she approaches each lesson with enthusiasm. She picks up new concepts very quickly and shows a genuine eagerness to learn. Her progress has been impressive, and I’m excited to continue supporting her musical growth.
