About Jelena
Hi, I’m Jelena!
I am Estonian-Irish with clients from all over the world, from New York to Hong Kong and everything in between.
Just like many of the people I work with, I know what it feels like:
- to want love, yet settle for something that isn’t truly fulfilling
- keep finding yourself in the same situations, wondering “why does this keep happening?”
- worry that anxiety has become your normal state
- procrastinate on the things you deeply want to create
- overthink every decision, hoping to finally feel 100% certain
- struggle to ask for what you need and want

These patterns are not who you are. They are patterns you learned.
I'm not a therapist/coach who simply read about anxiety or life and relationship challenges in a textbook.
I’m a woman who lived it while battling severe insomnia, building a career, moving countries, leading teams and still somehow showing up, even when my inner world was collapsing until I couldn't go on any longer.
I've seen 5 therapists, 1 very expensive hypnotherapist that of course didn't work, I turned into coaching, the pivotal point in my life and my career.
MY CREDENTIALS:
- International Coaching Federation Certified Coach
- Additional specialized training in thought-work coaching
- 10+ years of experience, plus experience in healing severe anxiety in myself
- Extensive study of neuroscience, neuroplasticity, and nervous system regulation
- Trained in Byron Katie's "The Work"

I am a certified and accredited Life Coach, with diplomas in Psychology and Sociology basics and 10+ years of experience in the field.
My work is neuroscience-informed to help you understand your own mind and apply strategic, actionable steps to unlearn unhelpful patterns that may be running your emotions, your relationships, your career, and your life.
This isn’t surface-mindset work.
It’s a deep dive into yourself so your inner world finally matches your authenticity and allows it to step forward. Something that is extremely difficult to achieve on your own.
During our lesson, we get to know each other and talk about your challenges. If we have a connection and are aligned in the support you need and my expertise, we will dive right in.
