About Issis
I discovered coaching through my 20+ year career in corporate communications, where mentoring and supporting others under pressure became a natural part of my work. Alongside this, I volunteered in mental health settings, deepening my understanding of stress, grief, and emotional resilience.
I’ve been a certified life coach for 7 years, combining professional experience with a compassionate, practical approach. I specialize in stress and burnout management, mindset change, life transitions, grief, public speaking and effective communication, and supporting those living with chronic pain.
My coaching offers a calm, confidential space to regain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with intention — at your own pace and in alignment with who you are.
I speak English and Spanish and will be more than happy to work with you in the language of your preference.

Life coaching with me is a guided self-discovery process. I don’t tell you who to be or what to choose — I walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner clarity, values, and strengths, so you can make aligned decisions with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience in human behavior, communication, and personal development, I combine deep listening, powerful questioning, and practical tools to help you move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling grounded, focused, and empowered.
My coaching is client-centered, intuitive, and results-oriented. Each session is adapted to you — your pace, your goals, and your life context.
Depending on your needs, I integrate:
Goal-setting frameworks aligned with your values and life vision
Mindset reframing and belief exploration
Self-awareness and emotional clarity exercises
Guided reflection and intentional questioning
Communication and decision-making tools
Accountability practices to support real-life change
All techniques are practical, respectful, and sustainable, designed to create progress without pressure.
Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and follows a flexible structure. Sessions are always a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.
