I’m Shaira, a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) and TEFL-certified ESL educator with nearly three years of experience teaching English to learners from different backgrounds and age groups.
I believe that learning English should be a comfortable and enjoyable experience. My teaching style is patient, supportive, interactive, and personalized. I encourage my students to speak, ask questions, and make mistakes without fear because I believe mistakes are an important part of learning.
I can help you improve your speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing, with lessons designed around your specific goals and level.

As a Licensed Professional Teacher and TEFL-certified ESL educator with nearly three years of teaching experience, I believe that learning English should be **practical, engaging, and confidence-building**.

# What Sets Me Apart
I believe every student learns differently, so I don't use exactly the same lesson for everyone. I take time to understand **what the student wants to achieve and what is preventing them from communicating confidently**.
My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and interactive. I want my students to feel that they are not simply attending an English class—they are building a skill they can actually use.
I also enjoy creating creative learning materials, using visual aids, real-life situations, discussion questions, and activities that make lessons more engaging.
Most importantly, **I celebrate progress, not perfection.** Mistakes are a natural part of learning, and I help students learn from them without feeling embarrassed or discouraged.
