About Theo
I’m a senior creative professional with over 20 years of industry experience across gaming, iGaming, digital marketing, branding, UX/UI, and design leadership. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a wide range of roles including Lead Artist, Creative Director, Head of Design, Senior UX/UI Designer, Art Manager, and Creative Manager.
Most recently, I worked for seven years across major international brands including Evoke Gaming, Mr Green, William Hill, and 888, where I led and mentored a team of 15 designers and artists, both locally and remotely. My role focused on delivering high-quality creative work, maintaining strong visual standards, and helping creatives develop their skills and confidence.
I also bring 11 years of marketing agency experience, 10 years in the computer games industry, and 10 years in iGaming, giving me a broad understanding of both artistic creativity and commercial design.
My teaching style is practical, supportive, and tailored to the student’s goals. I believe the best way to learn creative software and design is through hands-on projects, real-world techniques, research, planning, and creative exploration. I aim to help students not only learn the tools, but also understand professional workflows, visual thinking, and problem solving.

My teaching approach is focused on hands-on learning, real-world workflows, and creative problem solving. I believe students learn best by actually creating projects rather than only studying theory. My lessons combine practical exercises, research, planning, and the use of professional reference material — the same methods used in the games, marketing, and design industries.
A typical lesson starts with understanding the student’s goals and skill level. From there, we break projects into manageable stages: research, concept development, planning, execution, and refinement. Whether we are working in Blender, Photoshop, or Graphic Design, I guide students through professional techniques while encouraging creativity and independent thinking.
I place strong emphasis on industry-standard workflows, design fundamentals, visual communication, and portfolio-quality work. Students will not only learn software tools, but also how professionals think, plan, and solve creative challenges in real production environments.
What sets me apart is my extensive industry experience across gaming, iGaming, digital marketing, branding, UX/UI, and creative leadership. I have worked as a Lead Artist, Creative Director, Head of Design, and Creative Manager, leading teams of designers and artists across international companies including Evoke Gaming, Mr Green, William Hill, and 888.
