About Chimma

I am Chimma, 22 years old, a native Igbo speaker from Anambra State, currently in Asaba.
I grew up speaking Igbo at home and I am passionate about teaching our language to the next generation, especially those in diaspora who want to reconnect with their roots.
I am patient, friendly, and I explain things very simply. I can teach Central Igbo and my dialect, and I can translate English to Igbo easily.
I teach with my phone, so my classes are flexible - evenings and weekends. I am available for online lessons via Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp video.
If you want to learn Igbo for family, travel, marriage, or for your kids, I am here to help you.

About the lesson

Ndewo! I am Chimma, a native Igbo tutor from Anambra State,Nigeria.
My lessons are simple, practical and fun. I focus on everyday Igbo you can use immediately - greetings, introductions, family, market, food, numbers, and correct pronunciation.
I teach with conversation, not just textbook. I will correct your tones, teach you proverbs, and help you understand Igbo culture. Whether you are a beginner, a child in diaspora, or you want to speak to your family at home, I will create a personal lesson plan for you.
I teach online via video call. First lesson is relaxed - we will talk about your goal and start speaking same day.
