About Michael
My name is Michael Perrotti and I am a professional guitarist, producer and music educator. I have completed a BFA Honours degree at York University for Jazz guitar in 2015 and have been active throughout Toronto and the GTA playing for different artists mainly in the styles of hip hop, R&B and pop music.

My teaching methods are based off of a grass roots program called The Bar Institute which has recently been funded through multiple grants and implemented into the Toronto Public School board as a not for profit after hours youth program for music development. This program is designed to guide students to activate their own development and to maintain a sustainable career as a musician. Some areas of focus are, guitar, rhythm proficiency, fundamental theory and sight singing and live sound applications.
