About Becky Yen-Huan
I am a Taiwanese Flautist who graduated from Royal Academy of Music where I got my Master's degree in 2014. I have been playing flute and piano for over 20 years. Teaching experiences are more than 10 years. I received solid music training in Taiwan and Royal Academy of Music which I would love to pass on my knowledge to students. I believed every student has different characters and personalities so I would love to tailor the lesson to suit each different student's needs. I like to help students to achieve a higher level and the most important - enjoy in music. I hope our lessons are fun but solid! I am also very familiar with ABRSM/Trinity grade exams - Flute, Piano (Grade 1-8, and above) and Music Theory (Grade 1-5). My students have achieved excellent results, with many distinction awards and a 100% pass rate.

Perfect! Becky is a vibrant and welcoming tutor. Very friendly. She shows how you can improve the musicality of your rendition by sounding all the voices, by appropriate use of the pedal and by correct rhythmic interpretation.

Becky is a professional and friendly music teacher. My son has been with her for over 5 years and is preparing the grade 8 flute exam. We like Becky a lot. She is very approachable and responds quickly to my texts/queries. She is also very patient and explains thoroughly. She teaches in a way that students can easily understand as well as enjoy the lessons. I would highly recommend Becky as a music tutor.
Becky has been our tutor for several years now and has taught both of our daughters ; piano , flute and Mandarin. Becky is a hugely talented teacher who is kind and patient . Our children love Becky and look forward to learning from her as her lessons are fun and helpful. Over the years we have experienced many academic tutors for our kids and Becky is the best - you won’t find a better one !
