Mitchell is an awesome teacher! He cares about each student and their success and encourages them to do their best. He has a good balance of showing and explaining how to do things and then letting the student practice on their own while still giving guidance and checking for understanding. Mitchell makes learning enjoyable and is a great teacher!

Mitchell is a kind and patient teacher. I met him in grad school and he has always been there to help and guide me through difficult engineering problems. He would take the time to carefully explain problems and try different approaches to make sure I understood the concepts. Mitchell is also a wonderful piano player! He challenges himself by playing and mastering new and difficult pieces. His passion for piano is apparant as he plays almost daily and is now dedicating his time to teach others.
