About Ellie J
I’m a trained actor, drama teacher and the founder of my own theatre and film academy, with a genuine passion for helping young people learn and grow in confidence. I love teaching because every student is different, and I find it incredibly rewarding to discover what helps each individual engage and thrive. Through both English and Drama, I want to encourage creativity, communication and self-belief while helping students achieve their academic and personal goals.

My approach to private tutoring is warm, encouraging and personalised for each individual student. With a background in performing, teaching and running my own theatre and film academy, I aim to make learning engaging, creative and confidence-building. Whether tutoring English or Drama, I adapt my sessions to suit each student’s learning style, strengths and goals, creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, expressing ideas and developing their skills at their own pace.
