About Darby
Hi! I'm Darby, a passionate artist and illustrator with years of experience in both traditional arts and digital illustration. I love introducing kids and beginners to the world of creativity, whether through fun hands-on crafts or the magic of digital art. My teaching approach is interactive and step-by-step, making complex ideas simple and engaging. I focus on building confidence by starting with the basics and gradually introducing more advanced techniques, all in a relaxed and encouraging environment. Many of my students begin with little to no experience and quickly develop the skills and confidence to create their own unique artworks. Beyond technical skills, I help them express themselves through colors, shapes, and storytelling. I bring a warm, patient, and engaging teaching style that makes learning both practical and fun. Whether they’re beginners or exploring digital tools for the first time, my goal is to help them grow steadily and fall in love with the creative process.
