About Joanna
I am a certified Personal Development and Positive Psychology Coach, Facilitator and Mindfulness Teacher. I began working in the education, well-being and personal development field in 2011, as a music mentor with The Stride Foundation.
I completed my degree in music management in 2014 and worked extensively in the music industry, including running my first business in artist management. I decided to follow a new career pathway that was in line with my values of supporting others in reaching their full potential. I gained my credentials in Life Coaching, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Mental Health First Aid.
During this time, I also worked as a coach in Anxiety Free Living, before starting my existing business Create Your Life Academy where I have worked with over 100 clients to date, including Mildura Rural City Council, Chemist Warehouse and Mildura Regional Development.
