About Amy
I am a professional dancer. I have took classes since I was 3, I have been trained by Jennifer Ellison and I have lots of experience with shows and performances, I know how to become more flexible, have a healthy lifestyle how to improve fitness and how to have fun.

My teaching method is all about having fun whilst learning. I will start the lesson with a warm up that is effective to get the blood pumping this will also improve overall fitness, I will then go into improving flexibility exercises, I will also work on technique and the student will learn choreography.
