About Sarah
Hi I’m Sarah! I have been teaching in London for 8 years and have enjoyed every minute of it!
I love meeting new people and helping students of all levels progress with their dance training. My classes focus on enjoying the learning process while working hard and having a lot of fun throughout. My training and teaching experience includes contemporary dance, hip hop and isolation-based movement, including tutting, waving and body control techniques.
I have taught in dance studios, universities and dance companies across London and I thoroughly enjoy helping students build confidence and explore movement in a creative, engaging way.

I hold fun, informal classes designed to give students a comfortable space to learn and feel at ease throughout the process. Lessons are adapted to individual goals, whether you want to learn choreography, improve technique, or work towards a specific routine or performance.
A lesson will often start with a warm-up and simple technique work, followed by learning or building choreography step by step. We can also focus on foundations, freestyle, or specific styles depending on what you want to improve. You are welcome to choose music you enjoy and help shape how you would like the class to be structured.
I teach students of all ages, from complete beginners to more experienced dancers. I have worked across a range of goals including basic steps, contemporary technique, hip hop and house foundations, choreography in styles such as K-pop and tutting, and wedding dances.
Each lesson is designed to help you grow from one class to the next, building your skills and tracking your progress so you can take your dancing to the next level.

Perfect! There is truly nobody better than Sarah! We were looking for a professional, creative, friendly and organised teacher to choreograph the first dance at our wedding to our favourite song. Even though it wasn't a conventional wedding song Sarah prepared the best routine imaginable and we are so happy to have found her. Every class is such a joy and we can't wait for the next. Sarah is so patient and supportive - which is exactly what we needed as total novices. Thank you for everything Sarah!

Perfect! Sarah, is a fabulous dance teacher ! always early for the lesson, has a plan prepared but we can freestyle and deviate as we go which makes it exciting and super fun! She is patient and has superb knowledge in dance and can explain in many ways to make a concept work. Dancing with Sarah is an absolute vibe! You can tell how much love and thought she puts into her classes and she has this effortless ability to lift the energy in the room. She strikes that perfect balance of pushing your limits while making sure you genuinely build confidence in how you move. Her musicality is inspiring, her passion is completely contagious, and she helps you nail the details without ever making you feel self conscious. I left her class more confident, accomplished, and ready to sign up for the next one immediately!
Sarah provides a really safe environment for people to learn and experiment with their movement. She is only encouraging and positive. Would recommend for any level learner.
She always makes me feel safe when learning! She’s not just good at making choreography, but breaking it down and teaching it too. Although her choreography is HARD, I always have so much fun learning from her :)
Sarah's classes are a perfect balance of sharing her passion for dance as well as teaching her choreography extremely thoroughly. I have always had fun in her classes as they are a push and Sarah is very aware of how everyone is feeling and if people need that extra bit of help before moving on. She is also extremely funny, so everyone always feels at ease!
