About Will
I’ve spent years racing and training all over the world, and along the way I’ve picked up a lot of knowledge about cycling — from training and recovery to nutrition and bike setup. I’ve been lucky to learn so much, and I really enjoy passing that on to others. I started teaching because I know how confusing it can be when you’re trying to figure it all out on your own. My goal is to make the science and strategy behind cycling simple, practical, and easy to use — whether you want to get fitter, ride faster, or just enjoy cycling more. I love seeing people have those “aha” moments when it all clicks and they start training, fueling, and riding with confidence.

• How to build training plans that fit your goals and lifestyle
• What different sessions actually do — endurance, threshold, VO₂, recovery, etc.
• Practical fueling and recovery strategies for both training and race days
• Bike setup and maintenance so you can ride smoother and safer
How I teach:
• Straightforward, practical explanations — no overcomplicated science talk
• Lessons shaped around your current level and what you want to learn
• Real examples from day-to-day training and racing to make things clear and relatable
