About Heather
I am professionally fluent in Spanish, I have lived in Chile for 2 years, and I use Spanish daily for my profession. I completed a minor in Spanish at the University of Maryland and have been working at the professional competency level for 3 years. I have experience teaching ESL lessons to adults, tutoring elementary Spanish, and working with children as a camp counselor.

My teaching method is to employ multi-dimensional techniques for learning language. I find it most useful to learn from a combination of writing, listening, reading and conversation. I believe the best way to build a strong foundation is repetition and creative learning, so that the language is not simply memorized.
