About Vishal
I am a passionate chess coach with experience teaching students from India, South Africa, and Singapore. Over the past year, I have helped young learners transform from complete beginners into confident players who understand openings, tactics, and strategies. What sets me apart is my ability to make chess both enjoyable and structured. My students feel motivated because I guide them step by step, while also encouraging independent thinking and creativity on the board. Parents appreciate that I focus on discipline, patience, and problem-solving — qualities that extend far beyond the game. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Marathi Language and have also studied Sound Engineering, which gives me a unique perspective on focus, communication, and creativity in learning. With my background in education and my dedication to chess, I bring both professionalism and personal care to every lesson. My goal is simple: to help students love the game of chess while steadily improving their skills, confidence, and strategic mindset.

I believe chess should be taught in a way that is both fun and structured. My approach blends interactive exercises, puzzles, and guided play to ensure students not only learn the rules but also develop strategic thinking.

I focus on building a strong foundation: openings, middle-game strategy, and endgame patterns.
Students practice through real examples, engaging puzzles, and case studies of famous games.
I encourage active participation so every student feels confident in applying what they learn.
