About Hugo
I have a degree in Hosteleria, at the Gijon Hospitality School (Asturias), and I have worked in the best restaurants and hotels in this beautiful region. I am also fortunate to have lived in Ireland for six years, where I was able to learn English and work in high-end restaurants such as the award-winning two Michelin star Thornton's Restaurant. Now on my return to Spain, I am interested in teaching and transmitting everything I have learned during my career. I am currently working in one of the best hotels in Spain located on the Costa del Sol, and I have created a website for the expansion of Spanish cuisine from my point of view.
