About Jesus
With years of experience in high-pressure commercial kitchens, I have transitioned my passion for gastronomy into a dedicated teaching practice. My background as a professional chef has provided me with a deep technical mastery of international cuisine, food safety, and kitchen management. However, my true motivation comes from the belief that cooking is an act of love and service. In every lesson, I strive to reflect the grace and integrity taught to us by Jesus, ensuring that our time together is productive, respectful, and fulfilling.
My legitimacy is built on a foundation of "boots-on-the-ground" experience. I don't just teach from books; I teach from the reality of the line, the heat of the stove, and the precision required in professional catering. As a native Spanish speaker, I offer a level of cultural authenticity that goes beyond mere ingredients—I share the history, the language, and the soul of the dish.
