About Maria
I attained a First Class BA Hons in Human Resources Management from the University of East London and then an MSc in Human Resources Development & Consultancy from Birkbeck, University of London. I developed an interest in employability while studying for my Bachelor degree and formed the University's first Employability Society and served as President for it's first two years. I began to teach and coach fellow graduates on career development and upon graduation I have been working as a consultant in this area teaching and guiding graduates and professionals alike. I am also skilled in HR topics which include organisational development, leadership development, executive coaching and corporate training. I also provide business consulting. Over the years I have helped many to begin the careers with a strong start and to develop a winning career strategy for their personal and professional success.

My rates are £30/hour and depending on your needs I offer just one coaching session to block booking of coaching sessions. There are discounts for blocks of coaching sessions as given in my rates. You can decide whether you want to pay per coaching session or buy a block of coaching sessions.
