About Maria
I attained a First Class BA Hons in Human Resources Management from the University of East London and then an MSc in Human Resources Development & Consultancy from Birkbeck, University of London. I developed an interest in employability while studying for my Bachelor degree and formed the University's first Employability Society and served as President for it's first two years. I began to teach and coach fellow graduates on career development and upon graduation I have been working as a consultant in this area teaching and guiding graduates and professionals alike. I am also skilled in HR topics which include organisational development, leadership development, executive coaching and corporate training. I also provide business consulting. Over the years I have helped many to begin the careers with a strong start and to develop a winning career strategy for their personal and professional success.

Empowering Life Coach | Helping You Discover Your True Purpose & Build Unshakeable Self-Esteem.
Are you feeling stuck, unsure of your direction, or struggling with self-doubt? I'm here to help you break through those barriers and unlock the confident, purposeful life you deserve.
Who I Am:
With over 10 years of informal coaching experience and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development (including specialized coaching training), I combine professional expertise with a natural gift for guiding others. But what truly sets me apart is my genuine passion for listening—really listening—and helping people see the potential they've been overlooking.
How I Can Help You:
Build genuine self-esteem in areas where you've struggled with confidence
Discover your true purpose and create a clear path forward
Get unstuck from patterns that have been holding you back
Gain clarity on your goals and take meaningful action
Develop self-belief to pursue what truly matters to you
My Approach:
I believe everyone has greatness within them—sometimes it just needs the right encouragement to emerge. My coaching style is warm, supportive, and deeply empathetic. I create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges honestly and discover solutions that feel authentic to you. I don't just tell you what to do—I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and help you uncover your own answers. Because lasting change comes from within.
Who I Work Best With:
People struggling with low self-esteem who are ready to see themselves differently
Anyone feeling lost or unclear about their life's direction
Individuals who know they're capable of more but can't seem to break through
Those seeking genuine support and encouragement (not just surface-level advice)
What You Can Expect:
A compassionate listener who truly hears you
Practical strategies combined with deep personal insight
Personalized coaching tailored to your unique situation
Encouragement and accountability to keep you moving forward
Sessions available online or in-person (flexible to your needs)
Why Choose Me:
Coaching isn't just what I studied—it's who I am. For over a decade, friends, colleagues, and mentors have sought my guidance because I have a natural ability to help people see their own worth and potential. Now I want to bring that gift to you.
