About Ephraim
I studied Architecture at HND level (2012) and have had the privilege to both freelance and tutor CAD drafting and 3D Visualisation since 2010. I own a registered 3D Visualisation and CAD School with a physical address and tutor 3D Visualisation as a complement course for professionals in the fields of Architecture and Engineering to equip them with the necessary skills that better their rapport between professionals & clients for successful outcomes. A trend in today's era and a platform for the professional of tomorrow.

I approach teaching using High Tech method with provisions for a walk-in class (for those within location) and use Zoom & AnyDesk for remote classes and hardware interaction. In either case, whattsapp is primarily employed for chat communication for both online and offline times.
All text books and instruction materials are provided as PDF downloads.
Students should have related background to the course and amongst a compulsory possession of a suitable computer with internet access, would at some point be required to possess or rent high grade DSLR camera (for 2 days period), when undertaking lecture in photography. This also would involve a day of field work.
Classes span 3 months of 20 days month and 3 hours per class.

3D VISUALISATION SUMMARY COURSE OUTLINE
Softwares: ArchiCAD, Google Earth, Photoshop, Spin 3D/i3DConverter, whattsapp, Zoom (remote tutoring) and Anydesk (remote hardware interaction). Remote students would endeavour to have course related softwares with licence spanning the course duration of study.
Student Orientation.
An introduction to 3D Visualisation and the choice course softwares.
Hardware consideration and setting up course softwares
The ArchiCAD application: interface and functions
3D modelling (concepts, techniques and practice)
Rigging: Surfacing, backgrounds and image Objects (additional: photography, image editing and texture generation using DSLR camera and Photoshop), cameras and light generation and setup.
Investment objects (libraries)
Project documentation: Output organisation and presentation
Rendering: Building Information Modelling (BIM), 3D Montage (Google Earth 3D Montage), 3D documentation, walk through animation, Image rendering
File exchange
Student Project
Course Certificates at completion are sent to students via courier at no extra charge.
Course tuition can be paid in monthly splits at the beginning of each month via an online payment system and into a verifiable business account owned by 8TH ORBITAL.
