About Nikolai
I am a professional choreographer and dancer with over 15 years of experience teaching children and adults. I hold a Master’s degree in Choreography and trained in Russia. I performed for eight years as a lead artist in international cruise ship shows, collaborating with dancers and musicians worldwide. Additionally, I taught ballet in IB schools in China, guiding students in technique, musicality, and expressive movement. I specialize in classical ballet and early choreography, delivering structured, engaging lessons tailored to each student’s age and skill level, both online and in-person. My approach combines professional expertise with personalized attention to inspire growth and confidence in every dancer.

Focus on classical ballet foundations and early choreography for children and adults.
Emphasis on posture, musicality, coordination, and expressive performance.

Warm-up and stretching (10–15 min)
Technical exercises (barre work for ballet, basic choreography for children and adults) (15–20 min)
