About Sophie
I am a professional actor with many years of experience in teaching and workshop leading. I regularly work with children and grown ups teaching acting with a focus on Meisner technique, line learning and memorisation tools and presentation skills.
I studied Art and Drama at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and completed my acting training at the Rep College. I am a strong believer in life long learning and I spent a year study the Meisner method of acting under Scott Williams at Impulse Theatre Company.
When I'm not acting I can be found running chocolate making workshops in London and around the UK, teaching people about the history of chocolate and giving them the skills to make delicious chocolates at home.
I am also a lindy hop dancer and love to share my passion of all things swing dancing!
All of my workshops and lessons are a careful balance of learning and fun.
