My name is Sophie and I have a level 3 NVQ in patisserie and confectionary. I got an A* in my food tech GCSE and knew that’s what I wanted to do. I have worked in bakeries both front and back of house for 4 years. I want to encourage people to join the industry

A lesson will range from 45 minutes to an hour and we would have topic tests to confirm your brain is full of the knowledge.
