About Fanny
Je m'appelle Fanny, j'ai 31 ans et je vis à Montréal. Le français est ma langue maternelle, mais je suis parfaitement bilingue (FR/EN), ce qui me permet d'offrir mes cours dans la langue qui vous convient le mieux.
Je suis professeure de yoga certifiée (YTT 200 h), formée en yin, hatha, vinyasa, Pilates, méditation, pranayama et Ayurveda. Je cumule plusieurs centaines d’heures d’enseignement, autant en studio qu’en cours privés.
Ce qui m’anime profondément :
- Partager mes connaissances avec des personnes motivées et intéressées
- Inspirer les gens à se reconnecter à eux-mêmes
- Accompagner chacun·e dans son propre cheminement, avec respect et bienveillance
J’adore les humains, et j’ai à cœur de guider chaque personne dans une pratique adaptée, consciente et ressourçante. Mon approche est accessible, toujours à l’écoute de tes besoins uniques. :)

Je propose des cours de yoga adaptés à tous les niveaux, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et respectueuse du corps de chacun·e. Je prends le temps de comprendre tes besoins et attentes.
Séance type :
- Établir les attentes du jour
- Moment de recentrage
- Enchaînement graduel de postures adaptées à tes besoins/tes attentes
- Respiration consciente et relaxation finale
Mon approche : Écoute active, bienveillance, respect du rythme et des limites de chaque corps, et bien sûr du plaisir à pratiquer!
À Montréal ou en ligne, en français ou en anglais. J'ai aussi des notions d'espagnol. Au plaisir de faire ta connaissance!
