The last time I picked up a guitar was in year seven at school I desperately wanted to learn but my teacher got in the way of my learning. now at 33 I decided perhaps it was time to try again so as to be able to accompany my vocals with the guitar. jak made this an extremely welcoming learning process with zero judgement on my age versus my abilities. I felt supported encouraged and I’m loving gaining my confidence again as an adult to sing and play guitar. on top of this jak was extremely open to me also learning bass and has been the most encouraging kind and thoughtful tutor I could’ve hoped for.
