About Giulia
Hi there! My name is Giulia (pronounced ‘Julia).
I turned to yoga many years ago, in 2012 when living in Australia. For years, I went through some life-changing events that I struggled to deal with until I turned to yoga and meditation for support. These practices helped me become mentally and physically stronger and soon realized I wanted to learn more, including other holistic approaches, not only to improve my quality of life but also to help others.
In 2019 I decided to do my 200h Asthanga YTT in India and since then I have been continuing my training in Yin, Vinyasa, Pre & Postnatal, Kids and Chair yoga, as well as breathwork, and now Reiki.

I am extremely passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, no matter the body type, age, and life experiences.
My classes will vary depending on the needs of my students. I will be introducing you not only yoga poses but also breathwork, alignment, and eventually how to get to a relaxing state of mind that you can then take off your mat and into your daily life.
I teach in person, in the comfort of your own home, depending on distance travelled, and online from South London.

Perfect! Giulia is wonderful, really bright lovely energy and really likes to tailor her class to your needs and what you are looking to get out of yoga. She's very timely and considerate - would highly recommend! :)
Perfect! Giulia came to teach my teenager daughter Scarlett who has been dealing with some tricky times. She could not have been more compassionate and kind with her. Sharing her, clearly, wide depth of knowledge in offering Scarlett support, Scarlett now looks forward to her sessions with Giulia as a weekly highlight.

Giulia is a wonderful person and a great tutor. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her yoga classes and gained well needed confidence during the course. As soon as an opportunity arises, my daughter and I will be attending together!
I had a one on one with Jules and it was amazing! She catered the class perfectly to my needs and has made me a yoga fan! I had tried yoga once before but I did not connect with the practice. Wonderful Giulia! My 8yr old loved her yoga classes. Giulia has the most amazing ability to relate to and connect with kids and her classes are fun yet full of integrity for the yoga practise.I can not recommend Giulia enough she is kind, knowledgeable, caring and my class was designed just for me. I have booked Giulia for the next 6 months already as passed her number to friends and they have rebooked and thanked me for introducing them to Giulia. I look forward to my class every week.
