About Sara
I am a qualified Personal Trainer with nearly 10 years experience and a Yoga Teacher having trained in various ashrams in India and regular visiting the birthplace of Yoga to update my knowledge and skills. Recently with the lockdown situation I have continued to learn online with the leading Yoga institutes in India. My ethos is that I learn from the source whatever skills I want to pass on.

I believe that everyone was born to move as much as they were born to find peace and there are many paths to the same result. Personally I thrive on variety but I also understand the benefits of routine. Therefore, I combine the art of repetition with the joy of learning new skills in my sessions. This provides an environment for transformation while keeping sessions fresh and interesting. It's important for me to stay true to the tradition and teachings of my teachers while drawing from all the disciplines I have learnt to find the best combination for each student.
