About ELISA
Hello, After many years of suffering from anxiety, addictions, eating disorders and not understanding my emotions, I discovered Yoga in 2016. It was a revelation: to feel safe in my body, comfortable with my thoughts for the first time in my life. I decided to train myself to share this fabulous art of living; I went to India for several months and I have been giving individual and group lessons for over 3 years. Installed in Albi after a trip to Australia, I am keen to support each person in weaving a bond of respect, openness and serenity with his body / mind, to understand and release emotions, to calm down over the long term. . I still continue to train myself, passionate about psychology, neuroscience and dance. I weave in the various practices that I know to offer individualized and holistic content.

Through transmission, I aspire to create a secure, open and welcoming space of transformation so that each being can grow with serenity, anchor and free himself. To be One with the breath, to calm the mind and to appreciate the (re) discovery of the body: the Body is Poetry. I offer very complete and personalized courses, adapted to the needs of the moment. A real relationship of trust, a Human and benevolent exchange. I guide you to your inner wisdom. I combine feelings and calm of the mind, awareness of the physical and spiritual openness. Respecting the individual rhythm so that everyone can find their balance and flourish fully, on the mat and in everyday life. Individual and couple sessions! Emotional support for adolescents I specialize in mental health (anxiety, depression, stress ...). I also work in companies to facilitate group cohesion, conflict management and the easing of tensions in the workplace (physical and mental).
