About Ivona
I want to be the teacher I wanted to have when I first started movement and yoga. I felt so confused about why we do things in a certain way, felt so alone in this journey of trying to get to know my body, and what practice it needed to feel good. I learned through 12+ years of experience, multiple sports, depression, and burnout to find the tools that allow me to feel better in my average day. I don't aspire to be an athlete or a guru. I simply found many, many tools that make my daily life better. AAAND I turn out to be real good at sharing them :)

It is a full body experience that will keep you fit, for sure. But the way it will shift your mood and attitude is what makes the whole difference. I have 12+ years of movement experience and a really good understanding of anatomy. The movement practice will be an all-in-one package, getting you more mobile, strong, and flexible. But that's just the extra. The main, real goodie is the way we will empty the mind, change the way we feel, burn these negative patterns away. And all that by simply committing to private yoga classes :)

I had the opportunity to be part of her classes and I have to say that was a proper yoga class with great attitude and professionalism. Ivona has amazing energy and she knows how to make you feel comfortable during the lesson and to give you a full yoga experience!!!
Ivona has open the doors of yoga for me in a totally different way. From the very beginning she understood my limitations and guided me with a lot of kindness and patience through them. Every time I take one of her classes I feel challenged, nourished and taken care of. She always takes the necessary time to explain me how to align properly, how to take care of my body through the yogic movement and how to respect my physical boundaries and expand them little by little. Also, her meditations and breathing sequences at the beginning of her classes are fantastic, they really set me up for the adventure that comes next! Fully recommend her!
Ivona teaches very well structured and balanced yoga practices. She feels the needs of the group and is guided by them. She very well connects nature with yoga and speaks so passionately about it. I highly recommend Ivona, I practice with her whenever I can!
Today I had Online class with Ivona and I absolutely loved it! She made me feel some muscles I didnt know I had. Also very friendly and asking a lot of questions for you to feel comfortable! Can wait for the next class!
Ivona is caring, professional and kind. She is extremely knowledgable; not just with the body, but ties in the heart, the spirit and the mind along with her practice, focusing on the "whole human" rather than stretching poses. I highly recommend Ivona for yoga, meditation, mindfulness and just general fun.
