About Romain
I was born and raised in countryside France, where my love of music sprouted. After being immersed in electronic, rock, and classical music, I decided to move to Australia and study a Bachelor of Creative Industries, Majoring in Music, at QUT. Since graduating, I've been working as a freelancer, composing scores for feature film and short films, with directors from all around the world. I've also been writing my own music and releasing it on streaming platforms. I've also been working with other composers, editing their music into films and writing additional music.

Bringing my passion of teaching and music together in these lesson will be the root of your success, in making sure that everything said and done between us will be assimilated and correctly integrated in your learning. I will use my experiences as an active composer, producer, and music editor to share with you some tips on how to improve your production, your programming (with orchestra, drums, and so on), as well as composition and technical aspects about writing specifically for picture.
My lessons varies between 30 mins to 1h30, depending on your needs and availability. I'm mostly fluent in Logic Pro X, but also use Pro Tools & Ableton Live. If there's a specific DAW or software that you would like to focus on, this is a possibility. If you are a beginner that want to get into music production and composition, I am here to help.
