About Pearce
I'm Pearce, a personal trainer based in central London with 12 years of experience helping people transform their health, fitness and confidence.
What drives me is simple: I love seeing the moment a client realises what they're capable of.
My approach is calm, patient and genuinely supportive. I'm not interested in intimidating people or pushing fad routines.
I meet you where you are and build from there, whether you're returning after years away from exercise or chasing a specific goal.
Over the years I've helped clients lose significant weight, recover from injury, prepare for weddings and build lasting strength. More than anything, I want training to feel achievable, enjoyable and something you stick with for life.
