About Justine
Originally from France, I trained in social and cultural anthropology in Spain at the University of Granada. I currently reside in Salvador, Brazil, where I currently practice as a French and Muaythai teacher.
I am a creative, curious and entrepreneurial person, multilingual, and passionate about travel. Athlete of Muaythai and eternal apprentice of the martial arts and their philosophy, I wish to transmit a little of this lifestyle to the people of whom I will have the honor to teach.

Muaythai is a Thai combat sport of martial origin, also known as "the art of eight limbs, because it uses punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes, thus using eight "points of contact".
In its purest essence, Muaythai is a philosophy of life, a science and an art, its practitioners pass for a very intense mental and physical training, thanks to which they forge values such as respect, self-discipline, strength of will and self-awareness.
Private lessons are exclusively adapted to your objectives and your level. In order to achieve the desired result, it is important to maintain a certain discipline, Martial Arts in this case, are particularly effective in developing a sense of self-discipline in the practitioner.
I propose to accompany you and help you become the best version of yourself by making you discover the world and the philosophy of Martial Arts.
Being accompanied by a private teacher allows you to correct your movements and thus avoid injury.
The exclusivity and orientation of a particular lesson also allows you to optimize your results and adapt the lessons to your needs.
