Miriam is a devoted practitioner of Ashtanga yoga. Her daily practice is her religion and Miriam wants to pass on her knowledge to help other people improve their life and feel good in their own skin.

Miriam is an internationally certified Yoga Teacher, also registered with Yoga Alliance, the biggest authority and professional organization for yoga worldwide.
Miriam keeps herself up-to-date with continuing education courses provided by YA.
Her outlook on life improved dramatically after finding yoga and she already had the chance to make an impact by teaching to many students in person and online, as well as by sharing her passion through pro-bono work.
Miriam offers lessons primarily in English, but also in German and Italian.

Miriam's classes last between 1 and 1:30 hours. They are tailored to the physical ability of the person and to their goals.
In Ashtanga, there's very little theory and mostly practice.
Ashtanga is a very active and fast-paced yoga style, so be ready to sweat and gain strength, mobility and flexibility thanks to this dynamic practice.
You will also improve your mental focus, resilience and mindfulness.
Miriam is open-minded and kind, so the intensity of the class will be tailored to you.
Anyone who doesn't have major health issues can learn with Miriam. It is very important to Miriam to make her lessons accessible by alway providing modifications for more demanding asanas (postures).

Miriam ist eine sehr achtsame Yoga-Lehrerin.
Sie erklärt die Übungen sehr gut, demonstriert auch, wie sie durchgeführt werden sollen und korrigiert mich bei Bedarf.

I would absolutely recommend Miriam.
She's a wonderful teacher who made me feel comfortable, even if this was my very first yoga lesson. She was patient, explained every pose in detail, giving modifications when necessary, and guided me through every step.
Although the style of yoga is really structured, she tried to keep the mood of the lesson light and friendly. She encouraged me to listen to my body and do what I could without pushing myself over my limits.
