About Lenin Kumar
By qualification, I am an MBA, M. Phil, Ph.D. I have 15 years of teaching experience and seven years of research experience. Since 2009, I am working with Nizwa College of Technology as Lecturer in the Department of Business Studies. I had an opportunity to work with Gondar University, Ethiopia for two year from 2005 to 2007. Published 20 papers, 3 book & guided 5 M. Phil research scholars and also presented papers at conferences, seminars, etc.

My objective as a teacher is to motivate my students to develop their learning interest, interpersonal skills which are required for their career and to establish learning centered environment in the classroom. In my present assignment I am teaching accounting courses for Diploma, Advance Diploma and B.Tec students. Apart from teaching I am also involved in research .
