About Merin

Originally from North Wales, I have recently moved to Glasgow as the newly appointed Principal Trombone No.2 of the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
In addition, I freelance regularly with some of the UK's finest orchestras.
I teach privately at the University of Glasgow and have held a class at the Royal College of Music.

About the lesson

Lessons for anyone from beginners to professionals.
1-1 in person and online lessons if wanted.
1 hour lessons but also flexible.
My schedule varies due to the nature of what I do so flexibility is important from both sides.

I feel strongly that one should enjoy whilst they learn. I incorporate technique learning into playing and enjoying music.
