About Iago

You don't want to look only beautiful, you want
to be an individual but for that you will need to
get to yourself first and then by the technique I
can teach you, we can work together for you to be.
And remember if doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you!

About the lesson

I am currently a Principal Dancer and principal ballet teacher with the City ballet of San Diego California .

Usually, my ballet classes are given in a studio.
They start with a warm up on the floor, which is
followed by exercises at the barre, and end with
exercices in the center.

isn't a traditional ballet class but:
- exercises to build strength and flexibility
- ballet exercises that space allows
- tips on technique
- and more according to your needs
I am looking forward to dancing with you!
