About Joyce
Hello, I'm Joyce, currently a university student studying Biomedical Science.
I enjoy interacting with youths and kids, and have found a passion in teaching. What started as a casual favour helping friends' younger siblings with their schoolwork gradually turned into something I looked forward to every week — the spark in a student’s eyes when something finally clicks is just incredibly rewarding.
Beyond academics, I love creating a safe and encouraging space where kids can ask questions freely, build confidence, and enjoy the process of learning. I'm naturally quite patient and love figuring out creative ways to explain tricky ideas, whether it’s through analogies or hands-on activities.
In my free time, I enjoy exercising and journaling.
I believe that learning should feel alive and personal, not just a checklist of topics.
If you're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and guiding them to grow — both in knowledge and in self-belief — I’d love to be part of that journey.

I am a patient and encouraging tutor with a strong passion for helping students build a solid foundation in Math and Science. I believe that every student has the potential to excel when they are encouraged with the right beliefs towards their capabilities with proper guidance and learning strategies. I like to make my lessons fun and outside of the books to keep my students engaged and to drive passion in learning.
My students have consistently achieved A4 and above for both Math and Science in the PSLE.
Biggest improvement: Helped a student improve from A7 in P4 to A2 in P6 PSLE

O-Level Results: A1 for Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Math.
