About NASIR
I am 62 years old, have a degree in French and Arabic, a post graduate diploma in technical translating (heart surgery techniques, legal documents etc.), and a teaching degree.
I have been working as a supply teacher for seven years, but am very unhappy with the rudeness, abuse and indolence that I see in most schools. The saddest thing about this is that very little teaching or learning is done, and as a result, standards are very low, even in the schools that Ofsted pass as "good"!

Teaching is like a three legged stool - the child, the teacher, and most importantly, the parent or guardian! If all three are not on board, teaching and learning will not be as quick or successful.
I set homework every week, my lessons sometimes go over an hour (but I don't charge any extra!), and I will come to you for the lesson.
I have been tutoring for about 10 years since my son was 10. He is now in the final year of a degree at King's College studying Molecular Genetics.
