I am a fully qualified primary school teacher and a private tutor with experience in London and Northern Ireland. I provide tutoring that builds confidence, fills gaps in learning and stretches and challenges your child to achieve accelerated learning in a calm and nurturing environment. I provide general tuition across the national curriculum or focused tuition on a specific subject area such as Maths, English or Phonics and Early Reading. I have specific specialisms in Literacy and have co-ordinated this subject across Key Stage 1 and 2.
I have worked as a qualified primary school teacher for 13 years. I use my skills and experience to keep sessions interesting and engaging, so that children develop a love for learning. Lesson lengths can vary from 45 min to 1 hour, depending on the child’s age. I have Qualified Teacher Status and have a current DBS check.
