About Lilian
Hi! I’m Lily — a teacher based in the UK and the founder of Teacher Lily & Co. I’ve spent years helping children grow in confidence, improve their skills, and enjoy learning again. I became a tutor because I know that school doesn’t always give every child the space or support they need. Some children need a little extra time, a quieter environment, or someone who really listens — and that’s what I aim to provide. I especially enjoy working with children who may be anxious, struggling, or just need someone patient and encouraging in their corner. As a mum myself, I understand how important it is to feel that your child is safe, seen, and supported. Teaching is more than a job for me — it’s something I truly care about. I believe every child can succeed with the right support, and I’m here to offer that support with kindness, flexibility, and a lot of encouragement.

I’ve taught in real classrooms and supported many students with special educational needs (SEN), so I know how to make learning feel positive, safe, and even fun. You’ll never feel rushed, judged, or talked down to. My goal is simple: to help you feel capable, proud, and ready for whatever comes next. Let’s make progress together — one step at a time.
