About Zandeleé
I was a very overweight young adult in my younger years & after I have lost weight just by cutting out Sugar & unhealthy eating, I had the opportunity to work at a Functional Training Gym where my passion for Health & Fitness began where I studied, Personal Training while working & after I completed my Diploma I entered the world of a Personal Trainer. Now I can share my knowledge & experience by teaching my clients how to lose weight effectively & turn it into a sustainable lifestyle! :)

I'm based in Erasmuskloof,Pretoria East. Also Personal Trainer at Ignite Fitness Gym in Menlyn Mall & I also provide Online Coaching & Virtual Training Sessions & Weekly Transformation Challenges for those who want to lose weight & tone quickly to fit in that Bikini or Wedding dress :)
The method I use, all depends on when you would like to reach your goal (Short term or Long term) but will also keep you dedicated to your diet & workout.
