About Sloane
With 15 years of ESL teaching experience, I specialize in helping high school and college students improve their English proficiency, confidence, and practical communication skills. My teaching philosophy centers on personalized learning, tailoring each lesson to the student’s strengths, goals, and learning style.
I combine structured grammar and vocabulary instruction with interactive reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises, using real-life examples to make lessons engaging and applicable. I use a C³P framework—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving—to make English learning engaging and meaningful.
