About Felicia
Hi, I'm Felicia Ong, a Prenatal Yoga Instructor and Certified Trauma-Informed Hypnotherapist. Beyond the certifications, I'm also a mother of two beautiful children. I’ll be guiding you not only with my professional knowledge, but also with real-life experiences as a mother. Pregnancy is a beautiful and transformative journey — one of the most unique experiences you’ll ever have. The connection and bond you build with your baby throughout this time is truly special, shared only between you and your little one. If you’re a first-time mom, you may sometimes feel uncertain or insecure. The changes in your body, your mind, and the swirl of emotions can feel so new and overwhelming. I’ve been through it all, and I understand how you feel. I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space — a place where you can gently move your body to release tension caused by the growing baby weight, and where you’ll also receive emotional support throughout your pregnancy journey.

What makes Prenatal Yoga with Emotional Nurturing different? It is not just a prenatal yoga class - it's a safe and nurturing space for expectant mothers to stretch, breathe and reconnect with themselves and their babies. Each session is designed with a trauma-informed approach that gently supports your body & emotions throughout your pregnancy journey. 1 to 1 teaching, 75 mins per session at RM100/lesson.
**No Prior Yoga Experience is Needed**
