My passion for yoga ignited when I experienced its profound impact on my physical and mental well-being. Yoga became my sanctuary—a space where I could find peace, strength, and balance amidst life's chaos. Now, as a certified yoga teacher, I'm committed to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
When I'm not guiding yoga sessions, you'll often find me meditating in nature, exploring new hiking trails, or enjoying a cup of herbal tea while lost in a good book. I believe in living mindfully and savoring each moment, and I strive to infuse that philosophy into my yoga practice and teachings.

In my yoga classes, I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students of all levels feel supported and empowered. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you progress on your yoga journey.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted to incorporate breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to nurture a sense of calm and connection. I emphasize the importance of alignment, awareness, and self-compassion, guiding students to honor their bodies and embrace their unique strengths and limitations.
Through a blend of hatha, vinyasa, and restorative yoga styles, we'll explore a variety of asanas (poses) and sequences to cultivate flexibility, strength, and balance—both on and off the mat. I encourage students to approach their practice with curiosity and curiosity, inviting them to explore their inner landscapes and tap into their innate wisdom.
But yoga is more than just physical exercise—it's a holistic practice that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. My intention is to empower students to cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and inner peace through the practice of yoga, both on and off the mat.
