Perfect! Jasmin is an excellent teacher. She is very knowledgeable in yoga and physiology. She creates a practice that enables you to really connect with your body and become aware of the impact of your thoughts on your physical being. I have gained strength, flexibility and endurance. I am working on fluidity being able to seamlessly move from pose to pose. It’s the first time I look forward to practicing yoga. Before it was a chore now it’s truly for me and I am never willing to miss my class.

I was having lower back pain for a long time. I went for Jasmin’s class for the 1st time for stretching exercises. After my 1st class , I felt my lower back much better. The pain has lessen. The stretching exercises has help to manage the pain. Looking forward to more classes.
Jasmin’s class is a good release after a long day. I always look forward to attending Jasmin’s classes! A challenge and at my pace, she was also attentive and provided the class with individual support.
