About Daniel
I'm a first-year student at Yale University studying molecular biophysics and biochemistry. My teaching experience started when I was tutoring my younger brother in subjects like algebra, precalculus, and calculus. At Yale, I've continued to tutor others in calculus at varying levels.

I first like to explain the general concept of the lesson; this can include an important formula, equation, or mathematical identity. Then, I like to couple the concept with a couple of simple example questions to allow the student to apply the general concept. Once they grasp the general concept and applications, we move on to more advanced and real-world models of the concept, still using the general concept but in conjunction with other important mathematical formulas, equations, or concepts.
I specialize in teaching precalculus and calculus for high-schoolers.
