About Rosy
I am a dedicated flute tutor with 7 years of teaching experience, guiding High School, College, and adult students. Over the years, I have taught 150-200 students, helping them develop technical proficiency, confidence, and a deep appreciation for music. My teaching approach is flexible, personalised, and focused on inspiring students to enjoy their learning journey.
A highlight of my career was helping a shy student prepare for their first recital. With encouragement, practice, and personalised guidance, they performed confidently and joyfully, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.
I combine technical training with creativity and expression to help students not only master the flute but also develop a lifelong love for music. My goal is to nurture every student’s talent, celebrate their achievements, and guide them towards reaching their full potential.

I teach flute using a practical and student-centred methodology. Through real-life examples and case studies, I make music theory understandable and easy to apply in performance. I focus on motivation, inspiring students to stay confident, consistent, and passionate about their musical journey.
I integrate problem-solving in each lesson, helping students overcome challenges in technique, rhythm, and expression. Integrity is a core principle in my teaching, promoting discipline, honesty, and respect for music. My lessons are flexible, tailored to each student’s abilities, learning style, and goals.
In addition to flute, I teach music theory and fundamentals to ensure students develop a well-rounded understanding. My approach makes learning enjoyable, meaningful, and effective, helping students become skilled, creative, and confident musicians.
