About Joshua Rev
Hi, I’m Josh, an HR practitioner and consultant with hands-on experience in Human Resources Management, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, performance management, HR administration, and workplace policies and procedures.
My approach to HR is simple: learn the principles, understand the situation, and know how to apply them in the real workplace.
Throughout my HR experience, I’ve worked with different employee and management concerns—from recruitment and employee documentation to workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Now, I want to share that practical experience with people who want to understand HR beyond textbooks.
